This past year, our amazing volunteers of board members and officers of the Silicon Valley Chapter worked tirelessly to return to in-person events following the global pandemic. We weren’t sure what to expect but it was amazing to start seeing so many familiar faces at all these successful events. This coming year as Chapter President, my goal will be to continue to build on this momentum for our members and our profession.

CalCPA is also working on new and innovative ideas to keep members engaged and bring a sense of community within our professional society. CalCPA will be looking to launch the new CalCPA Collective Learning Strategy, a platform to combine our traditional CPE approach with a new range of features that includes regional collaboration.

I look forward to continued growth in this this coming year. I firmly believe you get out of CalCPA what you put in and encourage everyone to see what CalCPA has to offer!
