Welcome to our first full year under the new CalCPA look and vision! My hope for this year is that this reboot of the state organization reboots our excitement about our own chapter. I have enjoyed seeing so many of you at our in-person events over the past year, and I anticipate having even more in-person networking, learning, and entertainment in this coming year. Of course, I can’t do any of this without the remarkable volunteers that make up our board members and officers who work so diligently to provide value to all members of the Silicon Valley San Jose Chapter!

My goal for this year is to have our chapter be more visible in our community, and perhaps even participate in civic events. Where possible, I’d like to hold our events in sports venues, parks and other public spaces to highlight our dynamic involvement in our community! And most of all, I am hoping to create more super fans of the CalCPA this year and help everyone to see that this is indeed the Coolest Profession Around!
