The Distinguished Service Award honors CPAs who go beyond their roles to make a lasting impact on the profession, CalCPA, and the community. This recognition celebrates individuals whose dedication, leadership, and service set them apart—whether through a lifetime of contributions or a singular act of extraordinary impact. We're spotlighting professionals who lead with purpose, elevate those around them, and strengthen the CPA profession through their service. By nominating someone, you're not just recognizing their achievements—you're showcasing the profound impact CPAs can have.
How to Nominate
Know a CPA who exemplifies leadership and service? Submit a nomination by filling out the application form and sharing strong examples of their contributions. Extra recommendation letters from colleagues, community members, or peers can help strengthen your submission. Let's celebrate the CPAs who are shaping a better future—nominate someone today!
The application deadline is Saturday, May 31, 2025.
All nominees are encouraged to attend the CalCPA Members Club Summit 2025 on July 30-August 1, 2025. The winners will be announced during the awards ceremony on July 31, 2025 at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles. Nomination forms must be completed online to be considered.
